A badass conditioning class on hammocks to get your aerial strength up to speed. Expect press-ups, pull-ups, tuck ups and straddle inverts galore. This is no ordinary gym class – be prepared to work!
At Skylab we stretch in the air. With the weight of the body supported in a soft hammock we can build flexibility and core strength with ease. Great for working on splits, side splits and backbends.
Want to try aerial out before booking a course to see if it’s your cup of tea? Then this is the perfect class for you. 20 mins warm up, 20 mins on silks plus 20 mins on hoop. All levels welcome.
Perfect for practicing all those new found moves. Please buddy up with a training partner unless you feel safe enough for solo practice as there will be no teaching in this class. Just pure play time!
